1 WORLD RANK 1: Sponsored by: Al Habtoor Motors.
Team Name: Al Habtoor Motors Internationals
Renan Lavigne
Renan joins the Squash Threes for the second time.  He is a very steady, nutritional player and recently joined the French team in the European Team Championships where they came runners/up.  His current high world ranking is 24.
Hadrian Stiff
A very steady and graceful player who has a current England ranking of 15.  Hadrian has not vigorously pursued the world rankings but has played many English tournaments.  Would be in the world top 30.
Paul Johnson
Another very talented left-hander.  Former top 5 in the world and number 1 in England.

2 WORLD RANK 2: Sponsored by: Raymond Sport.
Team Name: Raymond Sport Internationals
Del Harris
At the age of 17, Del was the youngest player to win the British Championship and was in the top 10 in the world for more than a decade.  One of the hardest hitters with explosive pace and an incredible athlete (six-pack)
Phil Barker
Phil has only been on the PSA circuit for a couple of years and shows promise to move even higher up the rankings from his current world 44 position.  Phil is a very exciting and explosive player.
Lee Drew
Age 28 and born in Truro, UK.  Based in Colchester but travels most weeks to train under the eye of Malcolm Wilstrop.  A very talented left hander and good shot player.  2005 Results: Semi-finals Vancouver Open, Semi-finals Esporta BSPA Open, Semi-finals Aberdeen BSPA Open, Semi-final Hellendoorn Open
3 WORLD RANK 3: Sponsored by:
Team Name: Radio 2 Internationals
Adam Stevenson
Adam has not joined the world rankings but is ranked 21 in England and equivalent of World top 50.  A very graceful and steady player with a style not dissimilar to respected world class player, Jansher Khan.  Adam ranked No. 1 in every age group in the juniors.  One for the ladies to watch!
Adil Macqbool
Adil was born in the UAE in April 1988, and his current and highest national ranking is UAE No. 1.  His best squash success of 2004: last qualifier of CNS International Pakistan Open, and Country View Malaysia Open.  Adil joined the PSA rankings in 2004 and has already reached top 100.  His ambition for 2005 is to reach the 50.  In 2004 he beat Safeer Ullah Khan (Under 19 British Open Champion 2003) in a PSA tournament held last year in Pakistan.  Adil is studying for his exams as well as maintaining his tough training regime.
Luke Rawlings
Another talented British player, top 50 in England and Worcestershire County Champion for 7 successive years.  Despite his resemblance to Van Diesel, Luke assures us he is no relation.
4 WORLD MASTERS: Sponsored by: Woodgroup.
Team Name: Woodgroup Engineering Masters
Darren Bradbury
British over 35 champion recently came to Dubai.  Reached top 50 in the world and was top 30 in England for over 15 years and five times Warwickshire champion.
Christian Wind
Chris is no stranger to the Squash Threes and this year joins the world masters team.  Chris reached the top 50 in the world and is former Austrian No. 1 and currently UAE No. 2 and Dubai Country Club squash coach.
Rene Zettl
Rene is aged 36 and was the 2004 Austrian over 35 champion.  Top 10 in the Austrian Nationals.  Lives in Germany and plays in the German Bundesleague.
David Thurley
David, aged somewhere between 9.25 (mentally) and 50 (physically), has amazed everyone with his meteoric rise through the ranks of Dubai's low-life squashers to his appearance this year in the 3s. He finds himself amongst other stars all at his new-found high standard.  The anchor-man of this team is no newcomer to winning trophies either, he has a cabinet full of silverware collected over a period of 20 years - show-jumping, knitting and powerlifting are all achievements on display at his home shrine.  Dreadlock Dave, this year hopes to add to these and prove to all those non-believers that he's actually not a bad squash player.  We wait with baited breath!  First match Wednesday evening.

Jonathan Airey
A crisis occurred just prior to commencement of the 3s this year, when Mark Cooper had to withdraw leaving the team one short.  Luckily, a catastrophe was averted when one of our local superheroes dropped in to save the world.  Jonathan, who lives in the upper front right corner of squash court 2, has recently stepped up a level and has certainly shown that he is capable of achieving good results at the 3s this year. He has already spun a web of confusion over Dreadlock Dave, defeating him 3-1 in the opening round.  The world is waiting to see if Jonathan can defeat his next super villain lurking inside his territorial domain.  Beware all those who come close to this man, he may appear friendly but on court he is anything but -he is vicious and angry and remember - his venom is deadly!!
